T12 change to a t8 and or led bulb???

Hey guys and gals wondering if anyone knows 100% if you can switch out a t12 for a t8 as long as you can match specs... just have an older shop light I would like to use on babies on a rack I’m thinking any suggestions are welcomed thanks again for taking the time! Cheers to healthy and happiness.

Thanks Man I appreciate it now to work on that rack I don’t know about Cali and buying clones but out here in the great white North unless you have a buddy and some kinda collective which I’m staring in my area ppl be getting crazy with prices on clones pushin that 50$ mark. Dude when it was illegal that woulda been like 10clones cut n rooted even, idk man now the govt has ther greedy mits I.
