T5 Bulbs

I am in the process of purchasing a Hydrofarm T5 - 4' - 8 bulb fixture and it comes with 6400K bulbs. I want to purchase 8 - 2700K bulbs so I can interchange them. Can someone tell me the best brand of bulbs to purchase? Thanks!

I started a thread on WavePoint T5 bulbs today, look at them, I think there are some gems to be found in T5 lighting for Aquaria and Reptiles, so I'm getting started playing with that.

Also, when I bought my 4' 8 lamp T5 fixture from "thegrowzebo" on ebay, I ordered 3000k bulbs and got a full set of 6400k pre-installed in addition.

no smart ass...he means it doesnt really matter when it comes to cfl's and I totally agree. Ive bought the most expensive before now Im using a less expensive brand now and I see no difference

Always just gone with Phillips cos that was what came with my T5 Lightwave unit, like turbo said though, really doubt there be much difference if any between them

Though I will say I ordered a hundred dollar six bulb of amazon and then ordered the eight bulb. Its cheap but they work great.
