Cubes are way too wet.
Ok. I just watered them and it was yesterday at around the same time that i watered them last. When do i water them again? 1 plant already has a root coming out of the bottom but it looks to be getting withered looking on the end of the root?

Well then it sounds like it's time to move it to your medium/substrate.

I have 640w lights on full strength at 34 inches or so. I have the fan on the inside and the intake fan going. Its 89 degrees in there with 40% humidity. Am i just better off taking them out and putting them under t5 lights until they are way more healthy?

You want a little more humidity like 55. 40% is what you need for flowering to help avoid mold. Seedlings like it more humid.

I guess i need a humidifier? Or will the water in my resevoir create that humidity?
You can use a humidifier, or just place a dome over the sprouts to help trap humidity. Once you get them in your medium they'll probably grow more quickly anyhow. I don't know what your growing in, but the reservoir comment makes me think hydro, which I haven't fucked with in a long ass time but plenty of people here are on top of their hydro game

Yeah. Its flood and drain. Somebody elses comment was that the cubes are too wet. If i transplant them to the next rockwool won't they still be too wet? I would probably only need to flood them once a day for the first mont or so?

I grow in the winter without any RH mods. My humidity is 25% and I can grow fine. Not ideal but it is most likely not your issue.

Now...your heat being 89 is bad...really bad.

Everybody hates those cubes. Nothing but problems.

I take it this is a hydro setup?

I see that was answered while I typed. Next time just put the seeds straight into the hydroton. Save yourself the head ache.

Yes. Hydro. With a 640w led. I can get the temp down with my fan on 10 for a bit. I have another fan coming from amazon to create my negative pressure. I have a duct open and also a sreen port.
