OK my partner had no benefit of the over the counter CBD oil .... devoid of THC
The tincture I got from a friend , white widow based , is however great.

Now most plants seem to be either one or the other: high THC OR CBD

But what about mixing both extracts :
Lets say a GG4 and a Harlequin which both come in at 20% of THC and CBD respective

Either mix the oils/tinctures 1:1 or in case of an alcohol based one evaporate <50% alcohol and then mixing the CBD and THC Tinctures ?

That's the best option

Try to find what ratio is best . Trial and error

Some like 1;1
Others 2;1 higher THC

Just takes time to find what works

Oh

And most CBD crap you buy is just that, Crap, get it from a dispensary or similar, not A Farmers market

The Legals stuff here is devoid of everything
My dad (RIP) had no benefit from the CBD oil he had prescribed in the netherlands (out of all places)

So we were sceptical when we tried a few drops from a friend which resulted in a pain free nights sleep.
Bought a bottle and 3-4 drops a day lasted over 6 months

But prices are insane...well in a way I do not mind because it works but still

So growing myself now....
