TENT: MarsHydro 5x5
GROW MEDIA/POTS: 7G fabric pots, Pro Mix All Purpose
LIGHTS: Budget LED Series 3 500w Infinity Board, MarsHydro SP250
NUTRIENTS: MegaCrop, Cal/Mag, Liquid Seaweed

PLANTS:
Golden Tiger - Ace Seeds
Killer A5 Haze - Ace Seeds
Obi-Wan - Canuk Seeds
Northern Lights - Canuk Seeds

Been a couple months since my last grow finished. It went to hell near the end after receiving word of cancer diagnosis for 2 people I know, and for my dog. (all within 4 days of each other) So my mind went elsewhere and sort of took focus away my grow. So now I’m back and hoping for better news going forward, but I’m still sorta prepping for the worse to happen too.

Anyways my gals are just over a week above ground now. Just went into their final 7G grow bags to finish on Tuesday. Had in my sisters outdoor startup tent and some stretched a bit on me but buried a bit deeper. My Northern Lights is kinda a dud and hoping things will pick up in their new homes. Had a Black Sugar start real scrawny like this in a previous grow and turned into a monster (hoping for the same) Gonna quadline train them, hoping for maybe 8-9 weeks of veg and then switch key to flowering mode. Group pic is from Wednesday and other pics from today, and I hope people will follow along on my latest journey

I will also probably start my outdoor grow in about 3-4 weeks inside the tent. Still debating on what to grow but I think Chocolate Mint, Dosidos and The White might be on tap. I’ll make sure to update this thread as best I can and will eventually add my outdoor grow to this thread of updates as well.

Day 14 and northern lights is still a stunted growth but she is still growing. I don’t have another seed of it to try from scratch for it, well minus an auto freebie from a past order. Obi Wan is sort of looking like Anakin with some leaf curling and burns. So I upped my lights a little bit and dim them down maybe 5% from where they were. Golden Tiger is living up to her name and growing like a beast. Training should be able to start on her later this week.

So today was Day 28 of veg and finally seeing improvements with Obi-Wan and my Northern Lights. I first removed a bunch of the burnt fan leaves on Anakin . . . I mean Obi-Wan. Then if you look at Northern Lights from pretty much a week ago, she is finally growing at a slightly steadier pace. Killer A5 Haze I thought would of been a bit more aggressive in her growing, but i should be able to top her in a few days. A couple of days ago I topped my Golden Tiger and am now attempting to clone her off on the side. So training has begun on some of her limbs on GT, with main 8 limbs that will be topped once for hopefully 16 chunky ass colas. This is also hopefully the plan for the other 3 plants as well when they get there. So hopefully 4 more weeks (5 tops) of veg and 12/12 can happen

I did it today. I finally topped the other 3 plants, did a little defoliation, some LST and will now attempt cloning the tops for friends. I might keep the Northern Lights if it takes for an outside attempted grow. So a a few before and after today with NL keeping most fan leaves for now.

Well everyone is recovering nicely after their topping and a little defoliation, but Obi-Wan still looking a little burnt but seems to look a tiny bit healthier. Look at what my runt has started to turn a lovely looking, although very bushy Northern Lights. So I plan to probably top each limb one time and let them grow from there with hopefully 16 fully loaded colas. So here are todays pics and can see how well they are coming along since last week.

So we’re on Day 39 of veg and everything is going steady, with Obi-Wan looking a little happier after their watering yesterday. . . and it is May the 4th. My little runt Northern Lights is starting to look impressive, but hold shit is she bushy. Killer A5 I thought would of had a little more vigorous growth like Golden Tiger, but I really think she is a NL phenotype as she looks like my NL. I want too top all my limbs but I keep getting called into work and too tired to do so when I get home.

356F3FFA-1848-4EC4-877E-5297CC17609E.jpeg8AA60D2A-AF77-4E9A-B0D8-A83B713168B4.jpeg16091634-3F4D-4A33-8725-10DDA12F1628.jpeg506C7F35-8089-46B6-A665-A395E4574E19.jpeg

So I made a seed order in hopes they would be here soon but no movement yet. So I went through my seed collection to see who to start for my outdoor grow. Some are repeats, some new or same strain but different breeder. So I have these following strains in a solo cup and have them sitting on top on my light board to act like a heating mat. So I believe I have most of the breeders correct for the strains

Gorilla Zkittlez - Barney’s Farm
Blue Cheese - Barney’s Farm
Do-Si-Dos - Canuk Seeds
Cinderella 99 - Canuk Seeds
Afghan Kush x Black Domina - World of Seeds
Sweet Zombie - Expert Seeds

So we are at the end of week 6/day 42 and everyone is looking good. So 2 days ago before work I decided spruce everyone up by topping all my 8 main limbs for 16 big colas later. Some plants had some good inner nodes growing off them limbs and will let them grow and lollipop before the flowering flip happens in hopefully 2-3 weeks times. So group pics, today pics and where they came from 2 days ago. Oh and 4 of my 6 outdoor seeds appear to of popped but not surfaced yet.

So another week gone by and happy to report that all seems to be going well. My Obi-Wan is no longer looking like a burnt up Anakin anymore. The runt a northern Lights just seems to get even more impressive as she grows, but she’ll need to defoliated throughout the coming weeks to keep the multiple cola sites happy. Golden Tiger is the most consistent, nothing bad to really report but wish Killer A5 would stretch her limbs a bit more. I’m usually using Mega Crop by now but been purely water, and once every roughly 3rd watering with seaweed/fish shit extract. So if I get the stretch I want this week, I’ll flip to flowering next week. . . or go one more week. Gals I started for outside are doing well, but I had to start a new Blue Cheese seed today, as the other just crapped out on me after cracking their shell.

Ok I’m like 90% sure I’m flipping them on Sunday. I’m on Day 53 right now and minus my Golden Tiger, all have had some defoliation done, twice since Sunday. They also got a watering during that time and they needed it, but I’m seeing good stretch from the limbs. Some inner limbs have now chopped as they didn’t get anywhere near what I was hoping they’d be at by now. Outside gals are doing well, but still waiting on my 2nd seed attempt of Blue Cheese to take *crosses fingers* God bless Canadian spring as we are gonna be hot as hell Fri/Sat and then cool down again before more appropriate warmer weather comes back in. So I was planning to plant them on Friday, but might wait for my day off work next week. So some pics from today, but outdoor gals from a couple days ago.

Well we have come to part 2 of the grow today, and well yesterday as well. As the tent was flipped over to 12/12 for flowering, and I started my girls outside today. Oh and I got fired from job because new owners were holding back my pay, and everyone I started with has left in the past 6-8 weeks, including the managers. Anyways I now have a little time on my hands and it was a holiday and the official day they suggest you can start an outdoor garden at. So my nieces were over and actually helped me plant the girls and give them all a name. So we have

Now for pics of day 2 of flowering in the tent. Just a little watering yesterday with some cal/mag and a couple drops of seaweed/fish shit liquid feed.

Do I’m on Day 66/10 flowering in the tent and my Ace Seeds aren’t madly stretching like I thought they would. Went online and said they enjoy PK for flowering and so they got some of that, couple drops of my seaweed/shit liquid and cal/mag. Yesterday they were looking real sad but look happy happy happy today. The real stars are my Canuk seeds with a nice canopy filling and slightly over flowing their fabric bag homes. They also are leafy S.O.B.’s and so I defoliated them yesterday and responded nicely today. I didn’t give them the PK yet but they got a separate watering of everything else above. Also dimmed but lowered my lights to hover about a foot above the tops too. So top and side views from today and group pic from Sunday

Ok and for my outdoor gals. Seems to be ok overall. Dosidos, G.Zktls and AKxBD have some burnt leaves on them but healthy new growth and a good stretch. Moved the C99 and Sweet Zombie into the centre of the garden for its final spot. Everyone else stayed where they were. I do have a Northern Lights clone in my tent that I’m very tempted to go out and buy a garbage can for(maybe Thursday) I forgot to take a pic but I also have a random pot plant growing from the ground where I brought my Mango Sapphire or Dr. SeedsmanCBD last year for harvest. No idea if it will be good or not but if no one tramples her, I let her go until I see any possible warning signs. So for now it stays and I bring you pics from Day 10 outside. Oh the little greenery are red clovers, which are to apparently help with pests

I'm scared for you.
That's a really Thai looking GT.
She will go apesh$% when you flip.
My similar looking female started at 12 inches and is now over 7 foot. All the growth happened POST flip.

She is 10 days into flowering already but I was expecting more explosive growth already. I grew the Malawi (fucked up near the end) SCROG her big time and surprisingly didn’t stretch much at all. Wouldn’t mind a monster from my Golden Tiger over the coming weeks though.

I'm in 6-7 week area and am seeing between 4 and 6 inches A NIGHT.
I wouldn't have believed it if told in advance.
I hope it's just a crazy pheno I got...

I‘m surprised it would still be stretching on you at week 6-7 and that fucking much too:o Thank god I didn’t try and fit my usual 8 plants in my 5x5, just incase things go crazy on me.

They took a week or so break and I thought I had it whipped, then I came in the next day and the tops were all bent against the light.
I am moving the light up every night now.

Bonus is: you literally cannot give them too much light.
I got one 3 inches from a 1000 watt HPS.
I just lowered my MarsHydro SP250 to be about 8” above the canopy. I’m now wondering if I’ll have to move it more directly under my budget led board for a wider coverage. End of next week, I’m going to change the light cycle to 11/13 to hopefully help speed the Sativas up a bit. Hopefully my Indica strains will get a little stretch on by then too.

I've been on 11/13 since I flipped. :)
