Thumbnails in post or images inserted?

Is it better to put the thumbnails in the post or insert the images in the post? Just wondering what is considered to be better.

personal preference, neither is better people would have their own preferance

I attach files then use Full Image so people can see the picture easier.

The thumbnail image is best to use in the post. That option is available so that large images don't clutter up the thread, and take a lot more time to load the page. If another member wants to see the large image, they can click on the thumbnail.

It's really inconsiderate when someone puts 6 large images in a single post, and that one post causes the entire page to load slowly for every member.
