Or LST she’s been doing good off a seedling dose next feed I’m going aggressive also noticed it’s time for veg feed because the seedling dose of cal mag is starting to show small cal mag deficiency

Mr cheetah is right. I can tell that it has very dominant indica genetics, and will likely be short and compact anyhow, doesn't mean it can't get big, just and early observation. From my own mistakes...i observed that a plant recovered better when more established. At least wait a week plus, depending on how vigorous she is.

Keep in mind I'm not an expert, but ive done this more than a few times. And remember the only way to learn, is by making mistakes. Don't go overboard and make small adjustments at a time.

I found a great teacher for pruning on YouTube; Kyle Kushman. This guy has experience and I've done a lot of his techniques with great improvements to my own garden. Peace and keep growing homie.

as you mentioned, try lst first, and if needed remove a few leaves, dont strip her completely of the big fan leaves imo

I asked about defoliating only because I see a lot of growth under her fan leaves little smalls nodes of leaves popping up this is my first grow I want to get all the information I can now so my second can go way smoother lol but so far everything has been smooth besides losing some seedling to “damping off”

Don't be in a hurry to start messing with your plant. It usually ends badly when people feel the need to constantly fiddle with their plants. Cutting this, trimming that, feeding this and then adding that, etc... Let it grow.

Good job on the grow, BTW. 've grown both of those fems from nirvana. I've still never grown an auto, just preference, but I'm impressed how far the genetics have come in the last decade.

Both are heavy producers, I find the BB tastes better than NL, but the NL is stronger thc...just a heavy indica stone. I imagine your girls gonna grow some nice thick FAT colas!

The only problem with BB I found is that I occasionally got this really shitty pheno that ended up looking like One of those screaming bushes in hairy potter, lol.

See pic....my mutant...had the thickest base stalk and didn't grow. This is not typical from what I've seen before.

If this is your first grow than you shouldn't even think about defoliation. Defoliation is pointless unless you are an advanced grower and know how to feed in a way that makes up for the reduction of photosynthesis caused by removing the fan leaves.

Do you guys believe super cropping during veg is as beneficial as the reads say?
If this is your first grow then I would suggest just letting the plant grow naturally, so you can learn how they normally grow, before you try any advanced training methods. Otherwise, if you don't do this, you will have no basis to compare against to know if the training methods you try are beneficial or not.
