To flush or not to flush

I know this is an old question but I thought I'd ask. Does it scientifically make a difference or is it an archaic admixture of old wives tales that have been part of cannabis culture for as long as can be remembered? I'm trying for tasty bud and will follow an old wives tale if it helps ☺

I'll answer because I like your dog (from your first post). Still looks like a month to go to me. Next why would you starve your plant when it's ripening? At the very end they naturally decrease their uptake of nutrients as they reach senescence. Finally once the nutrient is absorbed through the semi-permeable membrane of the root and is in the vascular system of the plant you can't 'flush' it out. You really can't 'flush' a plant but the idiocy continues. I hope that helps. I'd also encourage you to stay the fuck out of politics.

A plant can't thrive if you have rinsed all the minerals away, they need feeding until they're ripe then I give 3-4 days of water, the aim being to let any nutrients be metabolised and rid the vascular system of nutrient.

I'm sure he has and we've talked at length about this. But I respect anyone that puts out this much effort to experiment:

I disagree with his conclusion and we don't smoke the vasculature of the plant. But still good thinking.
