LOL the little white part sticking out of the seed is a tap root it needs to be placed downwards to go in the soil.

If you have the money use a metal halide light for veg and HPS for flowering. You plant the germinated seed with the white tail facing downward.

thanks also what would u recomend using for soil during the first stage (or whatever u call it) also id like to know if those lights would be enough for six plants. Or is there a standard amount of lumens for one plant.

Make a grow room up there... so u can manipulate the tempeture to stay where you want... there is also humidity.... you gotta do a lot of reasearch before u grow... if you dident know which way the root went into the dirt... you got some homework to do on this site... like my sig says... browse threw the site :)

so i planted we planted the seeds today and decided not to use the flourescent tube seeing as we couldnt get it set up it didng come pre assembled or with a cord. So for now were using 1 cfl per plant the 90w 1200lumen version daylight spectrum. i wouldve posted some pics but my freinds so paranoid dont worry though i will get some pics soon.

Also could nyone direct me to a good link abut the beniefits of co2 and how to make it

ok so here's what I use for Co2 : take a couple of plastic bottles (coke or seven up will work fine , I use mountain Dew:bigjoint:) , fill them 1/3rd with water add one teaspoon of yeast ( real yeast works best cuz it lasts longer, baking soda is ok..) add one teaspoon of sugar and let it sit for about 30 mins, poke a small hole through the cap of the bottles and close them tightly, cover the hole with your finger and shake it up ( u should see fizzy bubles forming at the top.. put the bottles in your grow room during lights on and you're done! easy, cheap and makes your plant's healthy speeding growth rate. shake the bottles every now and then (as long as there are bubbles theres C02)

Enjoy
