Too many bonsai wires?

Are theses leaves yellowing underneath because I damage them tighting the bonsai wires? How does this bag seed look to you. I believe its female, because I dont see any balls but what do I know... should I flip this to 12/12 or keep putting on bonsai wires or make a screen or net? I'm new to this and wanted to try my hand with the bag seed and my beginners setup tent 20x36x63 inches under a 600w Mars hydro led, 2/3 passive air intake with an ac infinity 4in exhaust fan running full blast to maintain negative pressure, too stinky without but the car on filter works, soil in 3 gallon fabric pot only fed water until 1 week ago gave 15 ml of big bloom in 1 gal water with a good run off

Could you clarify please bro I'm looking for any type or criticism good or otherwise I'd love to hear your opinion on ways to improve my grow this is my first cannabis grow... it is in fox farm ocean forest and happy frog mixed with 1 3rd perlite under a 600w Mars hydro led the temp is averaging 80 fish with RH 55% not running a dehumidifier as it's not to bad currently in my area I give tap water not using my ph meter I have given 15 ml of big bloom per gal of water once 2 weeks ago and I also have given 1/2 tsp of molasses once before along with a top dressing of ffof with some great white mycorrhizae powder added
