What’s up RIU Starting a run of humboldt seed co , Trainwreck and Humboldt Dream photoperiods from seed.
-I’m always up for BS so feel free to comment.

Drivers: Delta 150-36v - MeanW hlg-80h-24 (2) MW lpc-30-700 .
Flwr: Samsung 22” linear
8– 3.5K “m” series (5) 3.5K “h inFlux”
8–22” Bridgelux 4/1 strips. May swap out for crees if these turn out to be shit like I think they may be.
Drivers; (2)Meanwell hlg-150-24ab - MW-hlg-80h-24ab.
-Foxfarm Happyfrog/perlite medium 50/50
-Humboldt secret nutrients
-All the other shit is the same as last journal except I’ll be using no scrog(maybe)and 5gal finishing. Less wattage but with better spread than my qb’s , so we’ll see how it goes. My norms are on standby.
1/4/21-seeds germinated (paper towel)
1/6/21- 4/4 popped. Under Viparxs2000 25%.

Week 1- roots took , growth starting to take off. No nuets , 80-82* - 60% rh- keeping roots warm with clay pots..
Xs-20-30% 65-70w . Bumping up to 80-90w 15000lm-about 350-400 ppfd tomorrow

Week 2-
All is good, growth has started to take off except for this lovely Power Outage going on 20 hours now. Thanks LADWP.
Anyone have any other ways to get more battery powered light on these? This pos is keeping them awake but that’s it. I’d be crying if these were in flower.

Day-23-24 from pop
-Transplanted to 1gal - same mix of Foxfarm/perlite 70/30 now.
-1st dose nuets.500ppm-200 is tap
-Trainwreck’s I can tell are going to be tall-fim/top for sure.
-H Dreams showing a little iron deficiency
-Temp 74-75(off)-81-82(on) RH 58-65%
-Planned to move under Strips this week but waiting for these girls to spread a little more.
-Vipar at 40% 100w-415/430 Par-22-23k lux -22” away.

Day28 from pop
-Fimmed- 1 Humboldt Dream- 1 Trainwreck
-Topped- 1 Trainwreck
- Left one HDream alone for now. Not sure what to do with her yet.
-growth blew up after transplant. Roots weren’t even that compacted.
-Added extra CalMag & Iron last feed (HDream)
- will move to 4x4 next week with diy light. Vipar at 105w now - 450/480ppfd - 82* 60%rh

Day-31 from pop
These girls spread their legs enough now to finally move into 4x4 and under diy Vlight. Running 215w —
405ppfd around the perimeter, 450-500 everywhere else at 22” from tops.
- one H Dream fim is coming in crazy, other I missed I think lol fimmed a fim. topped Twreck looking good.
-next few days will tell if they like the spectrum.

Humboldt Seed Organization and Humboldt Seed Company are two different companies. SBBCal is growing HSC strains. Your purple train wreck is HSO. HSC is based in Humboldt County in California. HSO is based in Spain and falsely advertises as Cali based. Reviews suggest that HSO seeds are not as potent as HSC seeds.

After a couple weeks under diy , found the penetration didn’t go past the canopy to my liking lol. Trial and error I guess. Going to double up the strips and make it full cycle. Put the Vipar xs’ flower setup in. 680w and uvB. Extra 660nm as well.
Plants seem to be doing well. One H Dream branched way out. Basically lst’d itself. Either diy light or a bunk seed. Others are fine. Scrog set at 22” , trans to 3 gal pots . Flip in a week or two.

They're lying by the way, their delivery times tell the true story. They've always had really slow delivery times to the states and quick times to EU. If that's changed it's because they have a distribution center in the US for EU seeds, not because they're breeding in humboldt.
