Ive been looking at a web sight that has led lights with both UV and ir, but there so expensive ive read good things about UV (Ultraviolet) light, Im trying to find a decent light, one that has a full spectrum that gives off UV or Ultra Violet light, ive read it can increase resin production substantially.

This sight has them but there so expensive

I'm a huge fan of LED's but UV is not even remotely economic using LED's. Reptile bulbs or specialty "curing lamps" are still king and not by a little bit.

I’ve read that UV diodes and IR diodes have a much shorter lifespan than the whites which makes having stand alone supplemental lighting bars more efficient. I’ve only run stand alone.

If you dont want to use the solacure 285nm bulb just be sure to Google the UVR8 receptor as it has interesting peaks at 285, 337 and 233 so if you use other UV bulbs you can make sure you hit a good spectrum but anything around those peaks will be good also.

I’m also using the hlg uva 30 and got one at a local hydro store and one online for Black Friday. I picked them both up for 109 so the price was right. I’ve yet to receive the one from the hydro store as it’s on back order.
