Two month OG plant Outdoor in Promix.

Good Day. I'm new to this forum and have a few questions about whether to change the feedings by adding Molasses to my regular Foxfarm Big Bloom & Fish Emulsion. I've LSTed the plant quite a bit, and its green and fragrant and healthy looking. I've recently started monitoring PPM & PH levels while watering or feeding. I started growing the plant in garden soil & took original soil on first transplant and potted it into Promix and continued to transplant in Promix up to a Seven Gallon pot with a bottom layer of composed soil. It's really growing faster now but I'm a bit worried about the roots meeting the bottom layer and it being to saturated with nutes. I recently flushed and started back feeding with a PH range of 5.7 - 6.1. What PH would anyone suggest to help plant deal with the upcoming nutes on bottom layer. Soil drains quickly but bottom holds water and possibly nutes. Is it possible that the roots may never encounter the issue due to decay and watering? I'm watering every 3-4 days in incredible sun. Advice Appreciated....
