12x12 bedroom
2 x ipower 1000w hps/mh with wing reflector + 400w hps/mh(going to ad a 3rd 1000w by the time I’ll be flowering)

Power: 30amp outlet(like for an oven or dryer)

Cooling/heating: central air/heat

Exhaust: 12" ipower inline fan

Going to have 5 Cindy 99 & 5 peyote cookies in dwc (might use the white widow freebie too)

Starting up the 2nd half of next month after I harvest these g13s. Should've just done this from the start instead of messing with the grow tent, not like like I use the room for anything.

Always nice to have the space to expand.
we have a 4 plant limit here so unless I wanted to veg 4 months and make some trees. A bedroom would be huge for me.

If you live alone and have a spare room its the most cost effective route. Altogether everything came out to a bit under $500. I spent $300 setting up my 3x3 tent. My electric bill is about to be higher than me I'm gonna make it back though.

How? I just ordered almost everything I need for a full sized room for less than $500. You gotta learn how to shop bro.
So you think you just bought lights and a fan and everything will be just perfect? lol tag me in your grow journal when you fire up those barn lights without no environmental controls in place.

Lights, fan, 30amp 250v plug adapter, 3850w power strip. I have central air in an 800sqft house and its winter time. I think I'll be fine with the temp for now. I have a pretty heavy duty dehumidifier too and several hygrometers. I'm sure I'll have to buy more equipment as it progresses but if there's one thing I'm good at it's stretching a dollar. One harvest and it'll pay for itself and the upgrades it'll need for summer(additional window ac) yeah there's a bunch of extra stuff for environmental optimization and I'm sure that makes things way more convenient but I'm a disabled vet so I'm home all the time and can keep an eye on things myself.

As for the "barn lights" I think I got a pretty good deal. 3 1000w hydrofarm phantom ballasts for $150 and the ipower reflectors were $15/ea, 1000w mh bulbs were also $15

Are you running the lights 240v? I would get some air cooled reflectors, it will be much easier to control temps and require much less A/C which will be cheaper in the long run.

Lights are 240v, I'll probably make the switch to a/c reflectors come spring but with a 12" 1060cfm exhaust fan I'm optimistic about the temperatures during winter(and not having to fill my oil tank again 3000w should heat my little ass house nicely)

COB leds
Tent
4” inline
6” inline
6”carbon filter
Water pumps
Timers
Temp controls
Humidifier
Ph/ppm meter
Buckets/pots

That’s just off the top of my head.

Environment needs to be bang on.

I've got all of that stuff already(no 4" fans just 2 6"s got a 12" on the way). Gonna do away with the tent once these g13s are ready in 2 weeks(400w hps in a 3x3 tent)

I got enough spare stuff the light another tent. But the money was spent. I guess it depends how you look at it.

Mother fucker, the plugs on the ballast don't match the reflectors and now I need to buy adaptors. Looks like finishing this is getting put off till next payday.

Digital phantom? I have (1) 600W and wanted another or an upgrade. Where’d you get yours? That look like a good deal.
