Upgrading from cheap LEDs for 2x4 GR

Bought some cheap LED grow-lights for my 2x4 grow room and now I think I'm paying the price with lower yields and quality.

I initially bought:
1x Viparspectra 300W - pulls 130w
1x Viparspectra TC600 600w - pulls 260w

I'm looking for one high quality LED light that will give me full coverage and spectrum for all stages of growth and flower in my 2x4 (current the two light I have give me full coverage but I'd like to use just one). I want to get the real benefits of a high-end LED light.

I don't want to spend more than $400 on this light but from what I've seen while researching this should be enough.

What are some of the brands I should be looking at? What would be the right wattage to be looking for? What is your experience using higher quality LEDs and what can expect when compared to my current light set up.

Open to suggestions/responses for any of these questions!

Some very good lights for a 2 x 4 less than $400:

If you can spend the extra 50 or so bucks. Get timber lights. Come with a 3 year warranty. Custom build framing, excellent customer service and they run 3500k so full spectrum can be done. The cypress line can go close, about 6in close, little more cause you pay for better ppf and samsung diodes. The redwood line is COB so the light penetration is spectacular and it covers every corner

Timbers customer service has me, ordered the redwood 3vl and they are out of heat sinks til 4/8 they emailed me, let me choose between waiting or them putting my specs on a upgrade (the Cypress 4) so it will still fit my 2×4

Lots of good lights on the market these days.....but you cant go wrong with those HLG quantum board lights.

Got one of these 2000watt, really a 150w, but uses osram 3030s 3000k. Bought it for lamplighting as ip65 rated l paid 100 but cost about 170, 2 would do your tent well for veg. But you can do way better, 240w boards at 130 bucks from china. One would do 2x4, look for about 300w for 2x4 of good leds. 240 or 200 for veg. Check out the lies of this company. Says over 2000 umol. Is bull. Cant happen with wattage imo. Watch out for scams. What country you in?

I own 1 of these 660w quantum boards in 3000k and 5000k LM301b chips. I've been so pleased with the performance I just bought 2 more for $678 with shipping included to replace two 1000w HID lamps and ballasts in my flower room. They offer express via UPS which delivers within 7 days, but it's pricey. $395.88 presently for 1 with UPS express shipping. That fits right in your budget though. Mean well drivers. Samsung chips. If you opt for sea support freight 18-23 day shipping, but your cost would be $50 less I'm sure. Those HLG kits are pretty sweet too. I just wanted something I could plug in and go with good components at a fair price. Alibaba was considerably cheaper than amazon. Love my lights and this is my 3rd order with the same vendor. I just threw my viperspectra xs2000 into the veg tent. I upgraded to a 4x4 with a growers choice roi-e680. Kick ass light!
