URGENT - What's Going on With These Seedlings?

I germinated 6 Incredible Bulk seeds and they seemed to be doing fine until some point. Last night I went to bed and in the morning I woke up to what you can see below.
I have been using RO water, germinated in humidity dome and kept them at around 65-85RH all the time. The temps have been around 75f. After seeing the first sprout I lit up the 1500w King Plus Led in Veg mode at about 30 inches. Yesterday I watered them only once but the rockwool felt moist at night. In the morning after seeing them like this I thought I might have underwatered them (which I still think) and gave them some more water, but they seem to be doing worse after 2 hours.

The one doing best is in the middle below and it was a helmet head, I removed the shell and it seems the best now. The others....? Whats wrong with the others?

When watering them didn't help, I now removed the dome lid totally and trying to lower the humidity. How do I save these babies? :(

You overwaterd them. Also I would try and keep the temperature around 80 and rH 80 for those seedlings
But when I found out they turned like this a few hours ago, they haven't been watered for almost 24 hours?
I just increased the temparature in the room. Shall I remove the rag in the dome so it doesn't hold water as much? Do you think there could be any way I could save them from here? After watering them even more... :(

Yeah, you are drowning your seedlings. It is very important that you keep the temperature warm & Only time will tell if they will snap out of it

Honestly I wouldn't worry man, they look like they'll be fine. I don't think they like your light.
That substrate is more forgiving if you did overwater but that wouldn't be my first guess.. Keep the temps warm, humidity up and less light. If the stems stretch more then you know to give them more light.

I have just raised the light a few inches higher. Let’s see how that does. Never considered lights might be too close because the par values company claimed seem right on spot for my initial height but it’s still worth a try...

I got worried they might not actually be fine because the bottom right one in the pic seemed to curl it’s leaf down even more after I watered her in the morning. :/

Some of my seedlings do that leaf curl , it ain't no biggy and they'll snap out of it.
I hope so... the growth seemed kind of stunned after noticing this but maybe it’s me being paranoid. Let’s see...

You'll be straight. It's good you have this type of attention to detail while growing!
The seedlings are in a foreign environment to them - they didn't evolve in rockwool so it may take awhile to acclimate.

Your replies definitely motivate me, thanks a lot :)

An update on the girls; they actually seem to be doing better but a bit too stretchy imo, so I slightly lowered the lights again.
Only the one in the lower left picture doesn’t seem to have changed in size at all but she didn’t die either so... let’s see if she can make it out of this. I hope she does and don’t mess my schedule for the 6 plant rdwc system I built :) don’t want to bother germinate another seed and try to make it keep up with these girls from here on...
