As we all have heard the news lately about the deaths “ associated “ with vaping.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warned that no consistent e-cigarette products have been linked to the disorder, and that while some victims used marijuana-based products, some reported using marijuana and nicotine products, and a smaller group reported using nicotine products only. However as we all know marijuana / cannabis will suffer the stigma put in place of E cigs.

From I can gather it seems the actual “ blend “ of juices used seem to be the target as now vitamin E acetate may be a component being used.

Other interesting news comes from the sick persons that have used “ suspect “ cartridges.
Any user of cannabis products - should already know that buying carts from the street or local dealer you run the fucking risk of bullshit oil. Example : I personally have seen Mario Carts floating around for sale in the Facebook marketplace . Ridiculously cheap prices for so called thc cartridges. Many are aware of fake / or mis labeled carts that are not genuine. Dank vapes come to mind.

It’s not too fucking hard for some guy buying blank carts and printed bags and decide to fill them with god knows what. If the price is too good to be true , more than likely it’s fish oil / vitamin e / terp flavoring or anybody’s guess.

I found pressing my own flowers ( rosin ) for my own cart making or tincture is the only way I choose to consume. Way too many opportunities for a sketchy person or even a company to push this hazardous bunk.

A good rule is never buy any distillate from the “ street “ ..... Being a cheap fuck can cost you your life.

There is no such thing as safe smoke. There never has been. There never will be.

I said many times when vaping first started that it wouldn't be long before people started dropping dead.

Once again, I was right.

It's a completely unregulated industry that should never have been allowed to happen.

Now, as foretold, people are dying over it.

Within 5 years, a class action lawsuit will begin much the same as that against big tobacco.

During that time, they'll actually do scientific studies on vaping and it will show that it's 10 times worse than smoking due to the ridiculous concentration of chemicals.

And of course the majority of vapors who are now hooked will call it a conspiracy, not believe any of it, keep on vaping and die 20 years or more before their time.

People are dying because they're pussies that want to vape some bullshit backyard "concentrate" instead of smoking a joint like a real man

Yeah, when I used to get high I loved some full melt bubble hash. Made with ice and water pure and clean. I would dry it and put it in a joint or smoke it in a bowl.

These people are dying and getting respiratory infections because they're using something that's made with chemicals by some backyard cook

*I'm going to try and find a picture of some my bubble hash I used to make when I used to grow

So you're saying that breathing in a bunch of untested chemicals after heating them is bad for your health, that's shocking.
That's the point.

All of this crap was advertised since day one as "a much healthier alternative to smoking" and "an excellent way to start quitting smoking" and all manner of other false, healthy claims.

All of this was done without any oversight, regulation or evaluation of any kind.

Yes, it is shocking; not so much that burning concentrated chemicals is bad for you as the entire industry was allowed to be created, make completely bogus claims and kill people without any sort of oversight at all.

It is just like mixing arsenic in a bottled drink, marketing it as a health drink, and waiting for people to start dropping dead without anybody ever even looking at it.

Every time I saw the doctor for my medical marijuana card he would tell me I should be vaping instead of smoking flower, I never listened to the idiot.
I'll bet a million dollars I don't have that he's the same sort of doctor that promotes long term opioid use rather than fixing the issue with surgery.

I've been sending my next door neighbor links to articles on the dangers of vaping for many months, his 18 year old son started vaping. I recall one of the early ones compared it to popcorn lung, like the microwave popcorn dust that was killing workers at packaging plants.

Cigarette smoking kills 480,000 fucking people a year in the US. Just for a little perspective.
But everyone of these articles I see are titled “Another vaping death” or something like that and starts out talking about e-cigarettes. Read the whole story and is it not actually talking about thc vape pens or carts?

Very fucking mis-leading.

What is being put into carts that is fucking people up all of a sudden? Vitamin E acetate as a thinner? I dunno. No one does yet.

its not misleading. The carts are being made out of lead and other materials, most of which aren't even known, due to no oversight on the counterfeit cart industry. Some even say the legal boys are supplying the black market out the back door, but just a rumor. The oil itself has been tested and has shown levels of pesticides, mold, Vitamin E acetate, and others not yet discovered. You honestly dont think there is no fillers in that oil, do you, lmfao, the same amount of strain concentrate you'd buy by itself would be miniscule compared to the cart size. The other thing is usage, most old head I know that vape, vape like you one hit herb, not like you are trying to fill the whole room full of smoke, or trying to blow clouds like when you dab. lmfao. But the kids will learn one of these days. I just wished you knew where to get legit carts, they do fill a void for growers that are in between when no good meds around. jmho

It sounds like the flavoring, research popcorn lung.
