Ventilation

I'm setting up my 4x4 grow tent today inside my storage room.
The space is about 6.5x9, and doesn't have a window I can vent out of or intake from. My question is would I be able to intake from one of the vents and just vent into the storage room itself or vise versa

Thanks for helping!

If you vent back into the room using it as a lung room, the temperature and humidity of the lung room will climb, especially when you have well developed plants in there. A dehumidifier will help with the humidity but will also add heat. So the real issue becomes cooling. If you can't install some means of cooling like a mini split then you will have issues.

Thought so. But pulling air in from one of the registers would solve that correct?

I Second renfro. Heat will be your problem if your running the watts you should in a 4 x 4 . 800 Watts./flwrg
Give or take 700 watts. Leds/cob leds.

I believe the register on the ceiling is for central air, and the one on the wall houses an exhaust fixture.

If you have an exhaust duct headed outdoors then you could vent out through that but it may be a bit restrictive.

I'm in an apartment building so I'm not exactly 100% sure where it goes. What kind of restrictions exactly?
