Viparspectra Reflector 450 distances?

What's up guys. This is my first post here. I was just wondering if anyone has had some successful grows with this light. What distances did you find optimum, and with both switches or one? Preferably only people that have used this specific light.
My seedlings are on day 10 since sprout and are lagging behind a little. But this is my first LED grow and I am afraid to fry them. They are currently working on putting out thier second set of serrated leaves. I have been using just the veg switch and moved it down to 30" from 36" today.
Photo is from 2 days(day eight) ago but growth is slow right now. Where should I be right now?
I also transplanted from Solo cups to 6" pots today with better soil from advice on another site.

This is what my seedlings look like today.

Vipars can grow good plants.. You sort of have to experiment with the height. You want the light far away for seedlings then gradually move it closer each day until you see negative signs or you no longer achieve proper spread.. I would think that 2 feet is a safe distance for seedlings then by the time they are mature you will be maybe 10-12 inches.
