Watering/Nutrients question

I watered my plant yesterday. Day 23 from flip. It has a possible K deficiency &/or magnesium. So I've got nutrients + epsom showing up today.

Do I mix the nutrients in a small amount of water & add it today to address deficiency.

Or do I wait till the pot is light/needs water in 2 days again.

In short, do I risk adding water, to an already watered plant in order to get the nutes in asap?

Add a tsp of epsoms to a quart of water. I would also add a tbsp of fish emulsion to a quart of water and use as a foliar for two days. I see you didn't list fish.
Are you just using water now? And tell me you have a PPM pen.

People will foliar feed for the first few weeks of flower. Since you’re only at day 21 of flip I doubt you have much flower to be concerned about. Just keep good airflow and use a very fine mist so you don’t get giant droplets on any flower.

Not the fish, but at 23 days flowering the others should be fine.

.... and don't spray till lights out. You'll burn them otherwise.

Ok now how much of this should I mix into a quart (32oz) of water & spray. Knowing that there's zero chance I can spray all 32oz on this one little plant without absolutely soaking it.

To lightly spritz the whole plant might end up being 3oz of the solution. This is complicated!

I guess the 27oz left over i just dump in the soil?


The potassium sulfate 0-0-50 is
50% K
17% Sulfur

The Epsom Salts is
10% Magnesium
13% Sulfur

On the Epsom salts.. 1 tsp per gallon as a foliar spray.

I make either 16oz or 32oz at a time. Depending on what I put in it I will leave it for a week before rinsing out the sprayer.

get some 1/8tsp measurements and get creative. Less is more and i eyeball it most of the time.

0.5 gram per liter of K2SO4 will give you a 225 PPM solution of K. That is a good rate to keep a plant healthy.
