Some fools on here don't believe that cold air can cause purpling no matter how many times I tell them, lol.
100%, Grew this strain (Speed Bud: Early Misty X Ruderalis) a few times with no purples, this time my room ducked below 12C for a couple nights until I noticed and boom.. pinks/purples all over.
I have a heater in there now to keep at a constant 20C minimum. Looks pretty at least ahah.5CA15631-4AA7-4D52-9972-B61B581CADE4.jpeg

Everything I run with cherry pie in it can throw purps real easy. Love the spicy taste it adds. Looks great.

We got a hard frost last night. I'm scared to even look at the Wedding Cake...at least until the sun is high.

I think todays gonna be chop day. I dont think I can push her any further.

How did y'all's Wedding Cake compare to other varieties you've grown? Is it a light or heavy feeder?

Mine is really stretched out with long, long internodes and few leaves. Is it hungry or is my soil too strong and stunting it?

Mine was outdoors. Grew very dense and bushy, solid nugs.

Long internodes can be genetic but generally is a sign of inadequate light.
