Weed tea

So what is the best way to make tea with dried leaf cuttings? I see online they talk about putting it in the oven, but doesn't the boiling hot water activate it already?

I boil/simmer stems for a nice glow and sleepy time tea. If I don’t want to inhale due to cold or flu. A little honey and a tea bag added to the boiling mixture for flavour.
I was surprised how well it works.
I usually don’t finish them and wake up almost spilling it on myself. Lol
I tried it once and it didn't do anything. I think I used too many fan leaves. I'm trying to get a real nice high

Sounds worth a try. What dosage for a 12 ounce cup of tea for my high tolerance? thanx...

I just used a small handful of stems.
Say a half cup worth.
-I had lots after keeping all my stalks and branches.
Use as much as you can? Screen it out after.
I didn’t use any leaves.
It’s just a nice glow.

I made 2 Qts. last night in my instapot. I added trim 2/3 full in 3 quart sized jars, filled each jar to 1" below rim, put lids on {not tight, they'll break}, a placed in cooker on rack in 3" of water. Cooked on high for 10 minutes, let cool and strain.
I'm trying different approaches to combat insomnia. I've made flower caps, Everclear extracts and more brownies than I want to admit!
I drank 8 ounces of tea with a bit of honey and it took me down easy and just enough to sleep. So many ways to enjoy the bounty! Grow on...
