Hey guys! Back with 8 plants this time :)
One of em looks weird and I don’t know why. To me it looks like root uptake issues or something.
All my plants are the same age, planted on the 17th of March. Started with a cheap blurple (idk the watts) and upgraded to my HLG 100v2 when I transplanted to the 8” pots, 5 days ago. I wet the soil with kelp extract and water, transplanted along with micorhizae, then watered in with just water. I’m using Ffof/perlite mixed like 60:40.
My farmers fire, pineapple kush and atf are doing GREAT. This mystery seed is giving me hell. The only one that looks weird. I haven’t watered them based on weight since I transplanted.
Any help is appreciated, thanks guys

Does the plant you're having problems with share genetics with any of the other 7 plants?
No. I had 3 mystery strains, 2 farmers fire, atf, and pineapple kush :)
this one is “mystery 1”. It’s either Golden Pineapple or OG Chem.

Also @Renfro My ph meter broke so I’m out rn. Don’t get paid until next week. I’ve run this same set up last time and it was never an issue though but good lookin out :)

Based on what I'm seeing with the other plants, the anomaly may have to do with that particular bean.

Thanks man! That was one of my thoughts for sure.
My buddy came over yesterday to see them (he and his bro gave me some of the seeds) and when I turned my back he dug a hole about 5 inches down right next to the tap root to “see what’s goin on down there”. He works on a golf course and should know better. I almost hit him lol but his brother yelled at him for me.
Anyway I was wondering if that’s gonna fuck with it too? Or if there’s anything I could do short of testing ph?

Don't worry. I grew for 10 years strictly with clones. This is my first seed grow and I was doing all sorts of stupid shit when I was germinating. I was digging around with my finger and the tip of my trimming shears. Hit a tap root with the shears and damn near cut it off. Had to transplant one seed that had its tap root about an inch, inch and a half long. When I pulled it out of the peat pellet you could feel the root holding on. Replanted it and its fine. So sticking your finger in the soil to see whats going on should be OK (though I wouldn't do it anymore).
