What makes your Taco delicious?

So what makes your Taco the most delicious of all Tacos?
Please include details about your taco, step by step would be helpful.

I love me some tacos. I use the shells with the flat bottom. I start with refried beans (chili powder, cayenne, salsa, pepper jack cheese), then it gets fat free sour cream, then 7% lean ground beef (chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne, spicy steak seasoning), Tillamook cheddar cheese, salsa, then topped with diced tomato, and shredded romaine on top. Deeeeelicious!

I start by removing all of the hair from my taco. Once the hair has been removed and placed in a jar I begin to warm the special sauce. Sometimes I would marinate the taco in the special sauce but I don't do that anymore. Next I will put on my uniform and shine my badge up real shiny and bright then I usually sing a bit. Patriotic songs in English are my favorite but I also like to sing Greek dirges to my taco. I will usually place my taco in its stand and take a few pictures before any damage occurs.

By this time I'm a little tired but determined to finish my taco preparations. If necessary I will take a nap at this point so that I will have the energy to finish and not leave my taco alone and dry. I'll finish my story next time I pass through this way.

My tacos only need a couple things, piping hot corn tortillas, seasoned meat, i loves me some carnitas or asada, chopped onions, cilantro and a trail of grease that leads from my hand down to my elbow. :):):)

LMAO......Mother Fly BIGSBY.....I got massive heartburn just reading that son of a bitch...lol LMAO.....I'm not hating...just messin wich ya bro...lol I gonna go take me a Nexium...be right back ..lol

I think it's all about the fish and cabbage with sour cream, not low fat sour cream and not sour sour cream, just the fish and the perfect amount of cabbage and cream on top with a little dill

Mexican food is the best.
We drive 300 miles to bring home Hatch Green Chilie from New Mexico.....Oh mannnnn....I love that stuff. THe smell of fresh roasted green chilie....anyone know what I'm talking about????I have a friend in Alaska...I ship him Hatch Green Chilie and guess what he sends me.......Alaskan King Crab legs and claws.......OMG....what a smokin deal. I love that stuff to Bigsby....
