I use promix organic vegetable & herb mix, and megacrop. I have also grown by up potting into slightly larger pots until right before flip, then using promix organic based tomatoes, vegetables & fruits garden fertilizer. Stuff stinks, but it works, and it's 3-6-12, I think. I used a recipe for eggshell tea and epsom salts for any cal-mag deficiencies.

A variation of Coots mix made and passed along by a cpl former RIU members. Water only in SIPS method growing. I use Earthboxes

Fish meal
Kelp meal
Neem seed meal
Milled malted barley
Rock dust
Gypsum
Langbeinite
1/3 peat ( I use Happy Frog soil conditioner, yellow/brown bag)
1/3 homemade lobster compost
1/3 rice hulls
Switched to this recipe over a year ago and wont change much other than working my compost pile and starting a worm bin.

I’m doing a mix of soil and coco and I won’t do it again. I will next time do either or. I didn’t mix it proper. Compared to dwc, with soil and coco you have to water them possibly daily, I just realized with dwc you don’t have to ‘water’the plants.

100% coco with a half inch layer of perlite at the bottom. I've grown in everything, this is by far my favorite method, zero pest issues. Also did a clone comparison a couple time between 100% coco and 80/20 coco/perlite...100 coco resulted in a better yield both times by a decent margin.

I use Canna coco and their full line of nutes. Once my 10 liter Boost and 5 liter Cannazym runs out I'll probably cut those out though.

Ffof. New version mega crop. I have some mega crop original formula but it has the consistency of fresh brown sugar and I just don’t like that. The new formula seems to be better but I’ve been using it for a very short period of time

Low maintenance mix. Sub irrigate and walk away. Not for folks who like to mess with their plants on a daily basis.

1/3 Organic supersoil.
1/3 Backyard compost.
1/3 Peat based potting mix. Whatever Promix I can find at the local big box store.
A couple extra handfulls of perlite.

Yeah, I know that's more than 3/3.

Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Grow & Bloom 2 part each cycle.
Botanicare calmag plus
AN line Rhino Skin, B52, Voodoo juice+piranha+tarantula in first 2 weeks of veg & same in flower,
bud factor x, carbo load, big bud, bud candy, nirvana
over drive & flawless finish.

I realize there were cheaper ways to go about it and get the same results, but that was after the fact.
I'm using this shit now lol I have some dry organics in the garage I will give a run sooner or later.

Miracle Grow or Schultz cut with 1/3 perlite.
Save the hate for someone who cares.
MG and other cheapo potting soils have successfully grown many billions of plants over the decades. It works for growing a weed too. You just have to know how to use it.
