Hi guys, im newbie here.
My question is, after decarboxylation I can just eat the weed decarb but uncooked and would get the same high effects as any type of food I will cook with the same cannabutter right?
I read from some guy on reddit and he said "By mixing the THC with fats/oils, it solubilizes into the fat, and absorption by the body becomes much more efficient. The stomach is a very acidic environment, and without the help of fats to move it through the stomach unharmed and bypass the liver, THC will most likely be degraded before reaching the alkaline environment of the intestines. " is that true?
thanks

To an extent but not as bad as it sounds. When making edibles adding soy or sunflower lecithin or guar gum helps your liver break it down quicker, making your edibles more effective.
