What to do if room humidity is constantly 70+%?

My buds are taking a while to dry because my area this time of year is very humid. How do I cure if the air itself is high humidity? How can I effectively burp the buds if the air wont go below 70% humidity?

P.S. I don't have a dehumidifier. Would like a solution without having to buy one

Good idea ^
I'd enhance that a bit - use epsom salt. Cook it for 10 min without burning, much better desiccant than rice.
