Have a 25lb bag of Jack's 7-15-30 as well as a 25 lb bag of ammonium calcium nitrate and some Epsom salt. I will never use that bag of 17-15-30 and bought it years ago by mistake. Any suggestions on how to supplement it and use it as a veg and flower fertilizer for soiless grows?

I'm not familiar with that product. Why not use a spreadsheet and NPK values to tailor the NPK to 45 15 30 by adding CalNit to Jack's for a vegetative formula? You could also consider blending some ammonium sulfate with the calnit to acidify the rootzone. Epsom salts I use 1 g/gal, though I understand 0.93 g/gal or thereabouts is a minimum. You may need to add micros to the product to make it hydroponic, not sure if Jack's includes them or not.

For a bloom formula I'd think you'd want some MKP or MAP to increase P and not add any calnit.
