Noah. We were thinking about The Grand Budapest Hotel, but opted for something more "cinematic" on such a large screen. It was ok, but I still wanna see Grand Budapest. I like Wes Anderson, and that cast looks brilliant.(though, they're always good)

Cheeseburger and fries, iceberg lettuce, tomato, broccoli greens, applewood smoked bacon mustard, mayo, mozza cheese, fresh kaiser bun.

Homemade fries, skin on. They were parboiled for 4 mins, then shocked and tossed in oil, salt, pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and steak spice. Cooked at 350 for 10 mins, then finished on broil for 2-3 mins until crispy!

Mmmm. Burger. Looks great! Can't wait for pay day, there is a kfc 2 minutes from my new job, been years since i had a wicked zinger :o

I'm still dead from the weekend, so i've made a salami and buffalo mozarella baguette, bought a side of smoked salmon, a bag of pistachio nuts, a punnet of plums, and some innis and gunn and bourbon honey beer.

If we had "proper donkey piss"? By donkey piss I take it you mean luke warm, crappy beer? LOL

Canada is known for its (ice cold) beer, and not that Molson shit either... ;)

Ohh so sorry I see you rice is something to be proud of? I stated not to take offence because it means nothing but I see you're just as pathetic as your meal. So now I'll have no apologies for my comment.

The beef and mango looks interesting.
At my local Chinese eatery you can pick the meats and vegs and liquid spices to be cooked on a big flat grill.
I like beef, sprouts, onion greens a bit of pineapple, cooking wine, ginger, black bean sauce and a little red pepper oil.

Wish I had a pix.

Forgot why I came here, lol.

I was looking for a good dry rub for stuffed chicken breasts.
Bought a few and for tomorrow just need a quick rub.
Prolly just salt, pepper and in the oven @350 for an hour.

I want to try a 24 hour rub and in the oven for 6+ hours @170 in a few days.

This looked pretty good for the long ride.

Dry Rub
6 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
4 tablespoons sweet or smoked paprika
3 tablespoons chili powder
Up to 1 tablespoon ground red pepper (if you like things quite hot) or to taste (I used 1/2 teaspoon)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
Up to 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper

Any rub and bake ideas for quick chicken?
