What medium are you growing in?
I recommend just watering with plain ph’d water ASAP!

since you’re growing with Miracle grow for seedlings it should have some nutes in it already.
Water at a ph of 6.5-6.8 till runoff then let it dry a bit then water regularly if you see no progress water till run off again and repeat.

Normally the cotyledons, (1st. set of round leaves ), feed the seedling. When they turn yellow, or the seedling has 3/4 complete set of leaveS, then u can feed them 1/4 strength.
I transplant to one gallon , fox farm ocean forrest, so mine don’t need nutrients until I up pot them to their final pot.
The last two runs I’ve gone organic so they receive water only with top dressing at week 3/6.

Miracle grow is fine for seedlings, just PH tap water to 6.3-6.6 for the next few waterings. Are those pots you have them in equivalent to solo cups? If your having probs watering, use a spray bottle and make a circle around the circumference of the plant. Don't spray on the stem. Some people use droppers but its up to you.

When you say run off you mean untill it’s coming out of water holes in bottom?
