When to harvest CBD plants?

First time growing CBD indoors and I’m wondering about trichomes. I seem to remember reading somewhere that you should avoid amber trichomes. So aim for mostly cloudy even if some white hairs?

Obviously this plant has a ways to go (only 40 days old) but has some nice the trichome coverage. Any input would be helpful - cheers!

I believe it to be the same as a thc dominant strain, personally I wait for 5-10% amber, basically as soon as I start spotting "some" amber in most areas I check, no clear trichs on main colas and chop. IMO

Once the pistils start to curl back I start peeking.
