This happened to me but it was because I started vaping for the first time. Maybe too strong too fast??

The new system Leafly has might be good for you to find a herb with less paranoid stuff. They use a symbol kinda cool.

Maybe your experiencing magnesium deficiency? I get real bad side effects from Cannabis intake if I don't supplement with Magnesium with anxiety etc as result. I use Magnesium glycinate which is highly bioavailable.

You won't experience it when you first start smoking and are young. We change as we age and so do our nutritional requirements. If you want to mitigate feeling of paranoia I would also look into aniracetam and a good choline (cdp choline, alpha gpc) source.

You cycle it. I use it for three days on and then go off and use UMP (Uridine Monophosphate) with choline and Omega-3. I also have 2 days of a week on Saturdays and Sundays. Everything I listed with help with your symptoms. Supplements and Nootropics in general do wonders if used properly. Good luck!
I would second this. Low magnesium causes all kinds of problems with smoking. Medications that cause low blood pressure, or any histamine responses can also interact.
Have you tried edibles and tinctures as well ? When I started having bad smoke sesh after bad smoke sesh I gave smoking a break and started making myself focus on edibles. No more issues there, and they definitely hit the brain differently/less crazily. At least for me.
Do you keep a strain diary?

No diaries but I have some favourite medical strains that I have used in the past. Ms. Universe #10 is an amazing plant with great profile. Very heavy yet clear effect. I also like olschool Afghanis, Herijuana for pain relief.

In the near future I will get my own grow space again and will pop some mother beans. Got G-39 from NAW waiting to be popped, I'm also looking forward to grow Serious Kush from Serious seeds. Hope to get a strong male from my Ms. Universe #10 beans to create some crosses with!

I use Kali Mist as a daily driver, I haven't found any strains with more motivational drive! I'm currently helping a friend out who's growing Bubblelicious in my Aero system.

They say people with schizophrenia shouldn't take heavy thc intake as it induces more schizophrenic episodes. Having no medical knowledge, it seems to me that this all might be example of exposure and of how much when and where. Maybe you build up a metal maturity with using weed and your mind does the Chris Farley thing in Beverly Hills Ninja "I am one with the Universe". Like ingesting too many mushrooms, I can handle some tough shit now.

smoke a low thc and high cbd strain like fast eddy or charlottes web, and trust me bro i have had it all happen it just comes and goes in waves and you will do a little meditation like 10 mins a day and just try to learn more about your self and your thoughts and life and the more you learn over the years the stronger you become but the shit for me just comes and goes, you will be fine, if it doesnt feel good have a break and then try a small dose in a few weeks or months or years, dont stress it and just follow your gut, drink water, eat healthy five serves or vegies a day, fiber, water, lift weights go jogging or walking for at least a hour a day unless you work at least half hour a day or at least lift weights go to a gym get a personal trainer face your fears, strive to be the best you, try get a job you will like and gain skills and try and become worth more money, chicks love it or attracting a partner in general man or women is easier if you have a good job and have your shit together, it takes years im still getting mine together but just try be the best you you can nothing happens over night and the main thing is chill have a good time stoned or sober, play some games read a book learn a new skill, cooking building, fitness music computer games, so much you can do to enjoy your life more bro, much love you can do this and you will do it and be fine. chiiiilllllll and love

i am so disappointed lately, ive enjoyed weed for 7 years, smoking quite often, and it always helped me de-stress amd relax. Ever since 3 months ago, it has given me horrible, horrible anxiety and doesnt feel even remotely close to being stoned. Let me explain though, Ive been on risperidone and prozac for two years while smoking, and it all seemed normal and fine, until my friend offered me a low dose of kratom one night. ever since that night, when i had a severe anxiety attack out of nowhere, i just dont get stoned anymore:( i get bad, bad anxiety from smoking. id quit prozac that same week, to see if that helped.... i feel stupid for taking those meds and smoking at the same time... nobodys perfect tho. anyway, i really really miss weed. does anyone know if ive probably damaged my thc receptors? or something else? is this permanent? Dx
Are you going threw anything like a breakup / wife cheating / leagal problems , anything??
