So this is a bud ILGM Skywalker OG finishing week 7 from the flip. They say 8 weeks, does that look a week out?

No weeks I think

I’ve grown this. Always plan to flower for ~70 days. That is not ready. It looks really good. But won’t be done for at least 3 weeks

About 2-3 weeks

I will make weekly updates to the thread. I prohibtion times I know I harvested too early

Two or three weeks is about what the clones of these, Skywalker OG, Black Widow and Bruce Banner will be ready for flower. This is a group of 4 next time just 3 in the same space non fixed 3x3. Just sprouted seeds for Banana Kush, Chocolope, Purple Punch, and Strawberry Cough. That will be my fruity summer grow.

No. My Skywalker og was 10 weeks

Don't believe the sellers hype, it's pure bullshit.

Your plant has too much white and the red hairs haven't shriveled enough.

You’ll see amber trichs on the sugar leaves really early on but the ones to pay attention to are on the calyces and interior pockets of the buds.
99% of the time the buds aren’t ripe until all the pistils have turned brown/orange.
Once that happens you can check out the trichs and see if they line up with your preferences.
Lastly, most of the real swelling will occur during the last 3 weeks, so your buds will really fatten up.
You have a good 3 weeks to go…..but will be glad u waited.

I'm not scared to pull without amber at all. If cloudy across the board and 50% hairs are red is what I like, I don't dab and edibles so my tolerance is right on. I get that rush of excitement run through me like I did in 93 when it all began. I see others that take Xanax to cut the anxiety and others popem to get high or a hard dabber vs the joint guy it's justbabbetter feeling

I grow alot of OG's, wait 3 more weeks and maybe 1 more. Cloudy trichomes are not an accurate indication of harvesting.
When in doubt, wait it out.

Until I go through this process a time or three I think I will need the insight from more experience growers.

Feel like I learned a ton on this first legal grow up to this point, suspect I'll feel that way after the next several grows too.

This Skywalker went to the dark side. Half the room is yellowing and there was this nug.

The garden looks a fright. Not the best pictures. This is the beginning of week 9.

Shes almost there homie like a few more days keep checking the trichs. You could probably take her now but I can still see her ripening real nice in the next few days. Not seeing a ton of amber but also kinda hard to tell without multiple trich pics.
