so if one wanted to buy a huge amount of good genetics, say a batch of outdoor F2 seeds of good strains, is there a company that does such deals?

Wouldn't they be kind of losing out selling half their stock to one person that they're kind of obliged to give a discount to?

I'm not trying to be rude, but no one else was replying so...

i would think that just about any breeder that sells their own gear would hook you up on a large bulk buy.. and probably some of the bigger banks as well.. there was one bank i always remember seeing in high times saying that they sell like 500 beans bulk, but i'm drawing a blank on who it was, although i'm kinda sure it was a canadian bank if that helps narrow things down some..
i would never buy that amount of seeds myself though.. i'd rather just do a seed run and only pay for a small amount of beans, and make the rest yourself..
the feds or homeland security or customs may look the other way when they catch a few packs going through the mail, but i would hate to have that package intercepted as i would almost bet the house on the fact that you'd either be getting a lil visit or get put on a very unpleasant list to be on.

You can contact seed companies direct; but at best I imagine you'll be looking at a 30-40% discount. It makes more sense to become a breeder. Find two strains you know go good together (read a High Times magazine for ideas), order 5-10 seeds, grow them indoors together under 12/12 for three months. They'll seed themselves and the seeds will be F1 hybrids.

Over the years I have talked to a few seed vendors about this and yes, most are willing to offer substantial discounts for orders that large. A lot depends on what strain(s) you are wanting and what kind of stock they have on hand. I would tend to think you'll get much better deals going to breeders who sell their own beans like Sannie or Dr. GreenThumb, or maybe company's like Sweet Seeds or Dinafem..... as opposed to resellers like Attitude or Everyonedoesit.

If you make seeds from your plants, they will be more variation when you grow them out. And often not as potent. That's why it's still often advisable to buy seeds sometimes.

mm well i'm only wondering if someone wanted to do a big outdoor grow in a field, and doesn't have an indoor grow to be able to keep mothers and clone all year, like a regular seasonal commercial grower, there must be a way to buy bulk seeds to start with other than getting a small grow first and pollinating it...

yeahh its pretty easy just contact the seed banks personaly ................... and arrange it, but i dont think its something your gunna be able to do without face to face meets and without basicly payin over the odds !!!

would be better makein your own feminized seeds its realy really easy or comission a friend to do it if you dont have the space indoors
i shitty grow tent with 5 plants and one feminized plant chucking pollon would make thousands and thousands of seeds then you could do your outdoor feild crop
