Hi Growers hope you having beautifull grow all the times,I am wondering which to use man I have got stucked in which to use mancan I mix GWS with AZOS or I dont need to buy both 1 is enough?

Which one do you preffer between GREAT WHITE SHARK, AZOS,MYCOS WP to use in supersoil and WHY?

Azos and Mykos from Xtreme Gardening are 2 seperate products with different functions. I'd suggest to do more research.

I would get Mykos first. But that's me.
I usually do a little Azos and a shit ton of Mykos at transplants.
Azos is a N fixing bacteria. Mykos develops a symbiotic relationshit with roots.

Gro kashi or run EWC in your mixes.
EWC is a choice for all soil / peat mixes in my opinion. Not only is the natural fertilizer aspect , it helps with toxins in medium and is loaded with beneficial microbes. It doesnt burn either. It breaks down elements for the girls.
Used Great White ( pricing i dont care for ) .
Extreme was ok. Dynamyco worked well.
My “ treats “ ( microbe junk food ) is MYCOCHUM…. Makes the medium microbes dick hard.

Bokashi and EWC are great, but Azos and Mykos are awesome too. I stand behind Mykos at every transplant. Bokashi and EWC are used for topdressing here.

I use vermicompost is that different with EWC?
I have got Azos and Mycos WP at the moment,

Vermicompost is just higher quality EWC. Where'd you get it?
And Mykos and Mykos WP (wettable powder) are a little different. The WP is more for using in water where the reg is meant to put directly on the roots.
You could use the WP on the roots too though. So you're good with just the WP if that's all you got. It'll work fine.

I got it from a store and its ready to use its every where I think I have problem to get Down to EARTH products here lol.

I wish ODA conducted these microbe/myco/trichoderma tests regularly, but I can't find a single one they did since 2016. https://odanews.wpengine.com/oda-finds-big-problems-with-little-organisms/ I can only assume mass corporate pressure on Oregon politicians canned the microbe part of the fertilizer testing program. I've seen the actual test results someplace, I'll try to find them, but you have to be very careful with any of these products because they are either 1. Mostly filler or 2. Completely filler. Some products I've used were on that list of products that totally failed testing, and some like Hydroguard, had fewer organisms than your average American tapwater.

Great White had 53 propagules/gram when the label guaranteed 365 p/g. OG Biowar-TOTALLY BOGUS. Advanced Nutrients Pirannha-COMPLETE BS. See what I mean, even one I've used recently which is from Ecological Laboratories was crap product, and it smells like someone captured Satan's farts in a bottle-I figured that's a good sign something was alive in there but NOOOOO. Okay, those were the results I've seen before, now let's check on those brands five years later.
2020 Micro Report-TRIBUS...my current brand....contains 7 billion live bacteria vs 14 billion claimed-this is for Tribus Bloom which they just discontinued due to the supply crisis, economy, all that good stuff. This is actually the highest amount of TESTED bacteria I've seen in a product so far.
Aaaand guess what? Those companies that participated in 2015 refused to have their products tested in 2020. I'm sticking with TRIBUS for sure now. I'm going to put this info in my main thread and follow up on it later today, I want to comb through all the micro tests listed there. Good luck to you all! You have to be an educated consumer in a Capitalist system that places profits over TRUTH, health, and safety. Be sure to call out any company in this report that has been ripping you off for years, not that it matters unless you go viral or something lol.

I like Azos for Rapid Rooters when I take clones. The nitrogen fixing bacteria seems to help keep the cuttings nice and green and healthy.
I've used Extreme Mycos putting clones into dirt, or transplanting to bigger pots. Any time the roots are exposed and about to be buried.
Lately I've been using "Orca" (the liquid form of Great White), just because it's easy.

Mycos, I ran an experiment with and without in soil. Mycos was like steroids so I've never thought about trying anything different. Although I did see a product for tea that I may get next time also.

I just use Xtreme Gardening, because my local hydro shop sells it & it's cheap, and I can buy the smaller packs because they don't get used often.

I've got Azos and Mycos WP after I made my super soil and let it cooked then I ll use these to my soil mix .

fwiw - I use the WP version so that I can use it at transplant and during top feeding/watering afterwards. From what little I know, it seemed to me that WP had the advantage of being dual-use where the normal one was really only meant for use during planting and if watered in may not make it down to the rootzone. Is there any reason the non-WP version would be considered 'better' somehow?

Aside from Azos, those are all mycorrhizae products, which are totally useless when added into the soil. Ignore the bags of soil that say "mycorrhizae inside", a lie and crappy marketing gimmick.
You see, mycorrhizae (shorted to mykos from hereon out) only works when applied directly to the roots. Otherwise, it's going to do nothing. Sprinkle it on the roots of your transplant, and that's it. Any mykos dumped into the soil is an absolute waste.
As for the best type of mykos? My vote is for "None of the above".

I am using mykos xtreme but I saw no difference between it and GW. Also have used generic white label mycorrhizae from Amazon; plants do not seem to notice any difference but my grows without added granular mycorrhizae we’re pitiful in comparison. Kratos is right; fungi needs to be in contact with root systems to work. I dip my clones in a shallow cup of myco just before transplant to soil; if you really want it to stick well dip the roots in aloe first then the myco before covering with soil. Hyroot posted this method somewhere here long ago and that’s how I’ve been doing it. Works very well. You’ll definitely see how they thrive later on when the fungi starts to “bite.”
