What is this? I did a 3hr soak of 60ml per gal of 34% h202 and it won’t go away . ....... was the salute on not strong enough? Is this cause for concern?

Let them dry out real good before watering again, you may want to take the plant out of the pot and check out the roots and see if they are all rotten, if so then your screwed. If not cut away the rotten parts and hope for the best

use 3% diluted with water. Pull the whole plant out of the planter and prune away any discolored roots... DRENCH with the solution and place in a sterilized pot.

you sure it's the same on the fabric pots? Fabris pots tend to get white residue on the outside especially on the bottom from built up salts.

Mold for sure...too much moisture and humidity, bet it smells funny as well...you should try and root pruned it gently, clean it,and replant in bigger pot, preferably fabric pot, also you may use a little baking soda with water and spray around base of pot,add a little 3%h202
