White specks on Seedlings

its not WPM, that plant looks fine untill you look under the microscope, i thaught it was a salt spotting from folier feeding at first, but im stummped. never come across that b 4. sorry, hope someone can help
 
resin glands?seems a little early,probably something to do with the purpling though.cold?
My other two seedlings have it as well. This one is purpling while the other two are green. The specks have been there since sprouting. Not cold, im in Southern California and my tent is 80-85 right now

i suggest a bump of 0.2 -0.4 in ph of water and feed to check the purple. And Make clones. Crazy early gland growth. Maybe that one in a million. Or the pre mature dead fish. No real issues as health as I see. Please carry on.

well the spots ive been looking at are deff powdery and those arnt, there precise perfectly round dots, more or less. you could try giving it a 10% milk and water solution folier spray to be sure. thats all i can say. hope someone else has some answers

good idea to clone that one ... top her proper , take some clones.
or at least take 2 clones - 12/12 them / CS - STS one of them , then use pollinate the other ( seeds )
