White Widow in a tiny space

So, to pass the time while my province is in lockdown my gf bought me the @Spiderfarmerled sf 1000 v1 grow light, and cleared a space big enough for a MacGuyver style tent, 45x45x180cm.

This is mostly for fun and something to do while waiting for the outdoor season to come back around, but I'd be lying if I said I'm not looking forwards to having a harvest while the snow is still flying.

I'll try to keep this updated, like a pic a day or so, but my ADD will be playing a role in that, lol.

Anyway, Seedsman White Widow, soil, Mega Crop, fabric pot, and a new LED light.

All are welcome, comment at will.

Without further ado, here she is.

Bottom left plant "Seedsman white widow autoflower" grown under blurple Viparspectra
Nice. Have you grown it before? I'm curious about how auto strains stack up against the photoperiod originals. I haven't grown autos yet, but I have a few for outdoors this year.

To be honest going a few years back auto's got a bad rep for not being very strong. But these days I wouldn't say there was a massive difference. In my opinion a photo plant is always going to be better but I mostly grow auto's these days because they finish sooner and don't grow as big so work for me. I've grown white widows before photo's and auto's this is first time for a Seedsman auto widow but I have grown a few different seedsman strains and always been happy with the results so see no reason why this plant would disappoint.

I got a bunch of the Seedsman White Widow seeds from past order/comparison grows I’ve done on another board. I waited forever to grow it and finally did last spring and is in my top 5 strains I’ve tried so far. I think I got about 3.5oz dried in the end from her. Gave some to some neighbours to try and they LOVED it. The one was looking over our fence shortly after saying how awesome it was. Then he was trying to chat up my golden retriever. He was just flying high/happy and wanted to pat my dog badly (that him in my avatar) Sadly they had to move but will never forget

Sounds awesome. WW is my gf's favorite strain, so I'm glad to hear Seedsman got a good pheno.
I've never met a golden retriever I didn't want to pet, lol. They're all so friendly.

you could break into my home, dog would beg for pats, show you where the good stuff is and go home with you. Sometimes they are too friendly but he does enjoy his 1/4 piece of a pot cookie my my takes before bed every night.

My first grow ever was ILGM's White Widow Auto. I didn't really know what I was doing at the time in terms of growing, but remember enjoying consumption a great deal. One effect I remember experiencing, that I don't get much with other strains, is "3D text." For example, I would be reading an article online, and certain lines would appear "deeper" into the screen. While, others would "pop out" at me. It was kind of like watching a 3D movie.

you should try watching a 3D movie on it. Although I would recommend Cinderella 99 for that venture. Cousin brought some Cindy back from a friend and had some before watching some Avengers: Infinity War 3D on my 106” projector screen. I will admit that the colours and sounds looked amazing, and I got a little trippy with some scenes with the intensity of the 3D and colours on screen. The scene that really got me was with Thor, Rocket and Groot heading off to build his new weapon. Just the depth of their little ship popping out with just a ton of depth into the nothingness of space. I just wish I knew what breeder the Cindy came from. Tried Female Seeds C99 but was letdown big time. It had an almost Indica tight denser structure. Then we followed that up with Fantasia 2000, and man them whales flying in the sky. . . .

sorry for high jacking your thread.

Back in the 90s when I didn't know there were strains and everything we got was just "bud" to me, we always tried to get weed from this one particular dealer. I don't know if he grew it himself or what, but it made everything look like a mosaic. Didn't hurt that he gave heavy counts to repeat customers, lol. It would be amazing for watching 3D movies.
I might start growing strains from back then, see if I can find anything like it. I never was able to taste the smoke like other people though, so I'll probably never know what it was.

Not a bad idea. I have never personally tried that. I usually avoid films when using psychedelics because it can be a little over-stimulating for me. But, weed might be gentle enough to where it wouldn't be as big of a deal.

That is amazing. You don't see many people talking about visual hallucinations with cannabis. Personally, I think the effect I was talking about could have stemmed from some prior dissociative abuse (Dextromethorphan in particular). My thinking is my brain might be permanently altered in a way where weed brings that out.

There are some strains that seem do have novel effects, regardless though. I read a strain review for Biscotti the other day. The reviewer claimed the strain made him feel like he could do anything (à la "Limitless"). I was pretty skeptical, but the curiosity got the best of me. The dispensary nearby had some which tested at 27.95% THC. Surprisingly, on one of the nights I tried it I do honestly believe I arrived at the same conclusion he did.

So, I took pics yesterday, but I also made some edibles from an oil run I thought would be weaker than usual.
Nope. I was lying there looking at my phone, and I was not confident I knew how to get them to my computer.
So, here are yesterday's pics

And here are today's

I didn't realize until just now how blurry they are. I'll take better ones this evening and upload them before I have any edibles, lol.
