Will Betelgeuse going supernova cause outdoor plants to hermie?

Its estimated that Betelgeuse will go supernova any day (from now to the next 100k years). When it happens, it'll be like another full moon in terms of brightness and will last for several months.
Will that be bad for outdoor flowering plants? I know one moon does not have enough light to disrupt the cycle, but that's about it.. Perhaps another moon-like object will be too much for some plants to handle.

In the future, all plants are monoecious. With the increase in temperature,CO2,and water vapor, the flora will all be trying to adjust.
