Will Heat Delay Flowering in Autos?

Does heat impact flowering with autoflowers and specifically Indica dominant strains such as this one?
I know that both Indica and Ruderalis prefer cooler climates. I cannot get my closet under 85⁰. In the South and no AC in that room.
Can this be why I'm at day 53 of veg?

The optimal temps for Marijuana is 78f-82f. The word "Optimal" means the "perfect" amount/ratio/range. 3° higher than that is hardly an issue. Marijuana will grow well into the high 90s f from 1st hand experience. Calm down and be patient. Auto does NOT mean fast flowering. You are misunderstanding as many do. Auto simply means automatically transitioning from veg to pre flower to flower. Nowhere does it say autos will guaranteed to flower after 2 or 3 wewks. The best genetics do go longer than a 1 footer that only vegges 2 weeks now anyways.
