Personally I would train and top still they should be at least 18in tall and you need to know your plant if it’s mature enough to give you all the bud it can give

What size tent is that? I’m seeing1,2,3,4...7 plants? And they look over watered. Droopy leaves.
how are you lighting all these ladies? How many watts? If you have an inspection soon and don’t want them to get big... I suggest you don’t flip yet. Top them to stunt their stretch.. and reason why I say don’t flip hey is becauseonce you do.. in the 3 weeks possibly 4 weeks to follow they are going to double in size. Will make it a bitch to move them all.

How long people “should” veg is all preference/opinion. The longer you veg the better the yield.. but not everyone is trying to grow a pound. Lol ( I am)
Regardless how big it gets you can always chop it in half and work with it however you want

Are those cigarette buts on the floor of the tent? If so :wall:

How much and what are you feeding those plants? They're showing the beginnings of having issues. Like the clawing leaves.

Long ways before flower, people have a very short perception of how long veg should actually take
You can go straight to flower from seed if you want. I veg at most 4 weeks. You don't have to veg until the plants are trees. Long vegging takes too much time for me. I can be halfway through flower by the time some have flipped their plants. Then there are limitations if you grow in a tent.
