WTF is wrong with my plants!

not sure they look rough.....too much water/food/wrong light/ and the one in the close up is male and has flowered.....

I know its male it hasn't flowered, its still preflower, and im keeping it alive until i figure out whats wrong with my plants, cuz it's probably the same thing, and I've grow with a very very similar set up before sucsesfuly.
