Yellow leave tips

I am growing a plant that is 4 weeks in veg in soil in a 3 gallon pot under a 600w hps light and noticed that the tips of the leaves are turning yellow. I have flushed the plant for the last few days using only RO water as I thought it might be Nute burn but would like to get a second opinion as I am new to growing in case I am wrong. Would appreciate If some of the experts here could share some advice on how to address. Thanks6E90C1D1-DAEB-4E04-994E-243023539F4D.jpeg

I was thinking putting the 4 of them into flower next week but want try to remedy the yellow tips if possible before hand. I wonder is the water PH too high or if it is the nutrients? I have been using plagron terra grow, power roots and pure zym and the other 3 peyote critical seem to be okay just the super skunk is having the yellow tip. I am flushing her now and hoping for the best but any advice on how to remedy would be greatly appreciated.

I use plagron light mix soil and use the grow box nutrients. 25ml of each of terra grow, 10 ml pure zym and 10ml power roots Per week, feed Around 2.7L 3 times per week per plant. I was thinking the tips of the leaves turning yellow may be Nute burn and started feeding that plant RO water without nutes for the last 4 days, but I think now it may have been heat stress so raised the light. I have a lot to learn!

Get a 10 or 20 gallon container. buy enough fox farm ocean forest to fill the container and transplant into it. that will solve your problem. don't give any extra nutrients unless you're absolutely certain you have to. otherwise only give water, don't bother pHing it.
