Yellow leaves please help

A few of my plants have yellow spots on a couple of the leaves, and one has yellow and brown. Also the bottom leaves on some of them are drooping. they are 26 days old can someone please tell me why this is happening?

How much you watering and feeding them? They look dry.

I water twice a week. They only get fed once a week. I was gonna feed tomorrow but the soil is still feeling moist.

I dripped on the leaves a couple times when watering but some have been like that for a while.
