I actually just received my nutrients today. I have not given them anything.

Upon reading more about plant health issues I read about light burn. I measured and i had my light 17 inches away from the tops of the plants. I have since moved it up to 24 inches and see if that will help. I have general hydroponics 3 pack should I start that even with the shape they are in ? They still grow a lot of new leaves but they just die within a couple days. But are constantly sprouting new ones.

I would let them stabilize a bit after transplanting before feeding them. With sprouts most people will cut the nutes to 1/4 to 1/2 strength. I would wait a bit to see if moving the light helps. You can check by putting your hand just above the plant under the light, if it is too warm for your hand it is too warm for the plants. If you change too many things at once you won't know what change made the difference, or if your fix worked. Don't worry about getting the roots to stretch, if they are happy they will grow roots.

If the old growth is dying whenever there's new growth, it may be using nutrients from the older leaves to create the new growth. As they are still quite young & recently transplanted, go I'd go light with the nutes, but I do think some nutes will help

It's light burn. They were to young to have 600W right over their heads. I usually have mine under T5HO for 3-4 weeks before putting them under a 600W MH and it's further than 17". You can tell they are ready for nutrients when they begin to fade out a bit.

I use GH 3 part and grow in Coco and their drain to waste table is pretty spot on. I also use a PPM meter and for something that young I want the nutrient PPM to be around 200ish. If you are not using RO water measure the TDS from your tap and subtract that from the total. In Coco I water daily. I don't know what Pro Mix has in it. If there's added nutrients my advice is only for soilless hydro.

These are just over 3 weeks old. They are growing vertically very tall. But every time they get some big leaves they start getting this yellowing and spotted crap and then they get dried up and die so I cut them off. But there is lots of fast new growth everywhere. I still have the 1000 watt dimes to 600 and am all the way at the ceiling of the grow tent now to keep temps good.

Looks like you have a Mg deficiency and based on the light color at the top of the plant you need some nitrogen etc... I don't know what promix red is but if it's a soilless hydro you're running way to dry and you need to feed them and add Mg

Okay so that is the next thing. I fed them their first batch of nutrients about 12 days ago 4 litres split between 6 plants. at 1 ml each of general hydroponics trio ph to 6.2.

They did really good. Grew a lot.
I watered a few days later with straight water.

And I watered again yesterday with 2ml each of the general trio ph to 6.5.

Should I be adding more ?

So I have added Cali magic and have been using that and it seems to have helped a little I am at 5ml per gallon. The shorter ones are some indica and are in promix hp which is peat moss. I still am losing leaves though a lot. Should I increase the cal mag ?

Don’t increase any more. You don’t want to be over feeding either. Just keep a steady pace, they are doing better so let things take their course before changing more

i have been watering every second water with nutrients for about 2 weeks now....they grow lots but lose a lot of leaves in the process.
