I remember reading once about how you don't smoke your weed and then sit around talking about how stoned you are. I can concur with this rule. My Brother in Law is sitting next to me on the couch. He will not fucking stop talking no matter how much attention I am not paying to him. He keeps telling me the same stories he has told me one hundred times already. He also keeps going "Man I am stoned" "Man I am so high" "I am fucking stoned" He also has this loud abrasive voice. Not to be out done is he always talks to the TV. It's like he can't shut up. He knows everything so he thinks. If you're watching it on tv he has a story about it.

Ask him every 3 minutes what time it is.
Tell him if he can calm down he can hear the plants growing outside

Have you complained about this guy before on here? This story sounds awfully familiar. But I think he was drunk the last time you did?

Or maybe that was someone else.
 
I have to admit when I first got drunk with a bunch of other kids... we ended up walking in a local graveyard (due to myth there) and I kept saying ... SHHHH... SHHHhhhhh I think they also tried to kill me that night..
 
If he is a brother-in-law and he is at your place then hes probably a bit nervous i know i am sometimes when im around the in-laws. I remember spouting off random info all the time when high around my mother in-law hoping she would think i was good enough for her daughter and for her to like me. There is usually a reason, stop hating on him and just enjoy someone to smoke with eventually he will green out.

Juss while his talking randomly look at him and yell at his face.....then........calmly........ say this is what u make me wanna do everytime you go on an on an on and don't shut the hell up......sit and watch his reaction.........then when it all done and over with....say..... I'm just fucking with you........ but in the back o his mind he"ll know secretely that you hate hiim
