Does anyone know if using the rso oil on a mole topically could cause a positive result on a drug test. I told the person I would be shocked if tested positive for topical use but I if anyone knows for sure please let me know. She works for UPS and I guess they drug test. Cheers all

If you get high, you will fail..
If its strictly rso not much is really gonna absorb into you because its so lipophillic with a logP about 7
After application, mean steady-state plasma concentration of Δ8 -THC was 4.4 ng/ml within 1.4 h, and was maintained for at least 48 h.
With cbd and cbn being slightly more permeable

In contrast
immediately after the first cigarette puff... Concentrations increased rapidly, reaching mean peaks of 84.3 ng/ml (range 50−129) and 162.2 ng/ml (range 76−267) for the above two cigarettes, respectively(the differences between the 2 being potency of the smoke I didn't list).... Peak concentrations occurred at 9.0 min, prior to initiation of the last puff sequence at 9.8

THC Doses of 0.39−14.8 mg/d (from Marinol®) were administered for 5 d. All urine voids, collected over ten weeks, were tested by immunoassay and GC/MS analysis. With the U.S. federally mandated 50 μg/l immunoassay cutoff, and during ingestion of the two low doses typical of current hemp-oil THC concentrations (<0.5 mg/d), mean detection rates were below 0.2% [116]. The two high doses (7.5 and 14.8 mg/d) produced mean detection rates of 23−46%, with intermittent positive tests up to 118 h. Maximum THC-COOH concentrations were 5.4−38.2 ng/ml for the low, and 19.0−436 μg/l for the high doses.

These investigators also reported no significant differences in mean time of maximum excretion rate, mean maximum excretion rate, and mean terminal elimination half-life between the four THC doses (0.39−14.8 mg/d), with ranges of 67.4−94.9 h, 0.9−16.3 μg/h, and 44.2−64.0 h, respectively [117]. Mean apparent elimination half-lives (t 1/2) 24.1±7.8 and 21.1±4.3 h for the low (7.5 mg/d) and high (14.8 mg/d) doses, respectively, were calculated from the excretion-rate curve prior to the last urine sample,

These data demonstrate that it is possible, but unlikely, for a urine specimen to test positive at the federally mandated cannabinoid cutoffs, following manufacturer's dosing recommendations for the ingestion of hemp oils of low THC concentration. Urine tests have a high likelihood of being positive following Marinol® therapy however..

So with that being said..how much you apply effects how much is in your system and what happens afterwords..
It is definitely possible to fail depending on how much you take you can try and calculate within somewhat accuracy

I listed smoking rates to show the drastic differences between smoking and through your skin(transdermally). Elimination is the same for all methods of ingestion however

I think your ups buddy will be fine
