Your cat just topped your auto for you. Barring any other training, it probably increased your final yield. But how are you going to keep the cat away? Once it gets a taste…anyway, you should be fine. Hope the spot stays clean; that would be my only concern. I’ll add that I prefer LST to topping with autos, but they take it just fine. Timing was pretty good on your cats’ part.

I use to have a barn cat at a old farm house I grew up in. I wouldnt see this cat for a week at times. She'd be out in the woods hunting or w.e. If I went in the garage to toke the bong Id exhale one rip and this cat would come out of nowhere like this cat had a portal machine from rick and morty. It was pretty amazing considering the cloud of smoke wouldnt even leave the garage yet she was already with the game plan and would come running. SHe loved that shit so much. She get right in your face and lay on my lap drooling. I dont condone it but this cat loved it. I felt bad not letting her have some.

I had a Dark Devil Auto that I LST'd and i snapped the main stem. Forget topping. She still finished strong so I think as long as no infection happens your plant will finish just fine. Those two shoots will continue to grow and give you even more side branches.
I’ve accidentally topped auto on a few occasions. They did just fine! Use LST on both branches that emerge and you might get some really good production. The cat may have even fimmed rather than simply topped.

My spoiled lil princesses have never hunted a day in their lives. They often eat whatever I am eating, If im having steak and shrimp so are they. The have their own body pillow on my bed, when i say spoiled i mean CRAZY spoiled lol, and they are evil lil demons because of it, well to everyone but me, one of them only likes 2 people, me and my son, and she will literally attack anyone else. The other, her biological sister, is just loud and annoying and loves anyone that will pet her. SHE is the demon that got in the tent.

This. You gotta keep your cat away from the tent. They fucking love weed, and I've found they like to puke on the carpet afterward because they don't know their limit lol

I'd also like to add that this kitty is still with me and is 16 years old now. She's still tormenting the birds at the bird feeders. I guess I said "had" because I don't live on that farm anymore but she's alive and well.

/Kitty story over
