postage $ to canada from US?

checking the USPO website, it says a 1 oz letter to canada is $1.10

is that right or am i doing something wrong?

about six months ago i sent a letter and i'm pretty sure it was just the cost of a stamp but i'm not sure.

anyone have an idea how much standard postage is on letters to canada from the US?

i don't want to over post it because i heard that calls attention to it.

i thought a letter costs the same no matter where in the world you mail it, no?

not that i know of. currency rates vary from country to country.

it depends. i send letters to a specific place in the usa and it costs me 3 canadian stamps

after looking around more. im pretty sure the 1.10 number is right. i'm gonna go with that.

You can buy a forever global international stamp for $1.10. Hell buy a sheet or two, cause no matter how much international rates increase, you will always be able to send a 1 oz letter anywhere in the world, 2 oz to Canada, with this stamp. Tomorrow or 10 years from now.
