lumatek 600 watt ballast super lumen switch confusion

hope its visible, but 2 of 4 of my lumatek super lumen switches are upside down, now i need to know if being on 0 regardless of which way its facing is super lumen off?

..You can't tell if a 600w bulb is off by looking at it?

umm the super lumen switch boosts 50 watts. obviously its quite clear when its on but not really easy to see if im adding 50 watts or having standard 600w output, seems to be a factory fault that 2 of my 4 ballasts super lumen switches are upside down. i did try to upload pic but it hasnt been visible

yes very observant, a little dusty due to some construction and not being in use.

No grounds, fire hazard in the making.

thanks for all the irrelevant input.ive run with and without earth for 10 years no fires yet and absolutely no difference

and most of my ballasts are ungrounded magnetic 400s mounted on pine still chugging on but thanks for the concern
